ahem, sorry, couldn't help myself..

There's no shortcut. You have to work at it. Understand binary math and take your time to make sense of IP.

and no need to "shout"...

Theres absolutely no easy way around, practice practice practice....and once you are confidant on the basics jump into vlsm and supernetting (route summarization) as ccna will test you to the limit on those...
