Hi everyone, its great to be part of this community.

Firstly I should mention that Cert forums probaly saved me a great deal of time and money, I was only a few hours away from signing up to a MCSE course with Scheidegger (luckily I resisted the effort made by the saleswoman to make me sign anything on the first visit). However I noticed a few worrying posts here and did some further research which uncovered the many complaints and problems people have with this company.

Anyway after quickly forking that idea I am looking for other ways to pursue A+ and N+ qualifications possibly leading onto MCSE or CCNA.

I live in the South East of England and currently work as a technician for a small IT company, I spend most of my time removing spyware and viruses from peoples computers, I have also done PC builds and upgrades. The company i work for is suppossed to specialise in WiFi networking so we have done a bit of that, a big upcoming contract is the installation of wireless routers in every clasroom of a local school.

I enjoy the job, the experience is great and it will look good on my CV but as it is only a small business it goes quiet at times and I find it hard to get hours (and therefore money). I am hoping if I can add qualifications to my CV I can negiotate a better wage of find another job (and so finally move out of home...I am 22).
