Chapter 13 of 70-536 COM practice
Hi,

I'm trying to do the practice in chapter 13. There are such a lot of COM libraries! Can someone suggest a useful one for me to practice with? Practice 1 and 2 suggest accessing a COM object, then creating a wrapper class for it and handling exceptions. I had a look at Windows Media Player but it is pretty huge and I've no idea how it works.

My version of the 70-536 book has an example with using an Acrobat reader typelib to place a control on a form.

As for error handling in COM you just need to understand what a Wrapped Exception is, what a HRESUT is and what GetLastError does.
