I have just finalised my CV and will be sending this out once my current contract is coming closer to ending.

I am looking for anyone to try and pick out any faults and offer any feedback on my CV.

    Thanks in advance.

Cheers for the feedback guys, feel quite confident about myself after reading that.

I feel I have the right experience and knowledge to make a step up now, and since I have 6 months before my employment ends, I think I'm going to just apply for the RIGHT role rather than jump into anything. (Might change my mind if I don't find anything by 5 months ;-))

Going to work on my cover letter and start sending my CV's out to big companies where I can gain more experience and build up my profile. Will come back soon to get my cover letter reviewed :)

    Thanks again

Again, really good stuff - it's nice to see someone who can write properly.

The only downside I can see is that it's a speculative application.
These have always been slightly more risky than a direct response to a job ad, but nowadays they'll probably end up straight in the bin.

Unless it lands on a hiring manager's desk on the very same day that one of his guys has been killed in a car accident on the way to work, not much is going to come of it.

However, assuming that your letter is for the purpose of an example, then it's really good.

I liked the CV, certainly above average in terms of from what I get to see.

I have never gone for the speculative approach myself so hard to comment on the letter, although seems fine to me, maybe make it shorter to get the point across quickly as talking about your previous experience to fit a role that is unknown or not yet available might mean it doesnt get a second look later on.
