VMware Infrastructure demo

I just watched this video on youtube. I had heard that VMware Infrastructure was very cool and now I have seen it also.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qWf_WiaFedc

Not sure about the presenters, but the technology is cool.

I think Hyper-V will need a year or more atleast before it comes close to offering VMWare class capabilities

I like that demo - I remember showing it to management at the last place I worked as part of my proposal to virtualise. Of course, they're still umming and aahing about it a year later cos its the public sector, but that video blew them away. The VMotion demo really highlights how awesome VMware is.

One day, I'm going to go through it and count the number of times they use the word 'actually'...

Cool

Thanks very much for that - more virtual stuff is always useful...
