70-290 exam layout

hi all!! what are the exams like these days? i know they used to be multiple choice answers based on scenario like questions?! is it still the same or are they more interactive these days with exercises or anything? are they open book, ie do u have any ref materials u can use?!

Yes I think mostly they will have multiple choice questions, but there are drag-n-drop type questions (like outline the steps required to do blah). I also understand there are simulations in the 290 where you are presented with a flash desktop and you click through to complete task.

thanks dales! thats what i thought! do you know whether there is access to any additional materials, or do you just go in there purely with what you have revised from the course itself!?

cant say I've been on any course for it, just revising from books and fiddling with the domain I've built at home.
