Ave Disk queue length question

Hello,

Studying performance logs and alerts at the moment and just have a really quick question which I think I already know but here goes.

If the average disk queue length exceeds 2 there is a possible hard drive bottleneck (or ram because of too much page file action?). but when you look at say the average in system monitor its got a decimal point.

This is when my question gets really dumb, but am I correct in thinking that to reach the acceptable thresh hold it should read 2.000. So as an additional example my virtual server at work is showing 0.046 as its average disk queue length for a very short test is that perfectly fine and well under.

Yes, that's right. Look at the raw numbers not the chart.
