Anyone have a HDI qualification?

Been looking at the jobs in the local paper and there's a position with the local police for an IT Service Desk Analyst. Looked at the specs and they are looking for someone with

I searched the forums and found an thread about a similar qualification in December 2006. Anybody heard of this or even have such a certification?

Anyone know how it compares to the MCDST?

I've heard of them (HDI), but I don't have any of there certs. They are world-wide, as in Europe (& the UK) and the US.

The MCDST & the HDA certs are totally different from each other, but compliment each other. The MCDST deals with MS client technology, while the HDA deals with helpdesk operations. Infact MS website actually refers people to the HDA cert:
