Used my free exam voucher

Used my free exam voucher from MS yesterday, they gave it to those of us that were 'accidently' awarded MCITP:EST status.

Seeing as I haven't had the time to really study up on anything due to other commitments and the fact that it had to be used by the end of the month I decided to sit the only client exam that I hadn't taken since NT4, 70-270.

I booked it on thursday for first thing on monday morning and since mrs g was away for the weekend planned to cram up over the weekend. Well, beer and other things got in the way and I didn't get round to doing any study, other than checking out cf to see how others had found the exam.

After using XP since it was first released, and using practically every feature of it at some point over the last six years I went in to the exam blind. Since this was a free exam that needed using up anyway I wasn't really that bothered either way.

I found that some of the exam questions I really should have brushed up on, no specifics, but i found myself thinking wtf! Through careful reading of the question though I believe that I managed to pick out the right answers to the ones I had no idea about.

Anyway - the point - I passed with a 763.

wtg Simon, sounds like this is one of those times where exp really did matter! Have a cold one bud.
