Some guy is flying in a hot air balloon at about 100 feet above the groud. He is completely lost. Suddenly he spots a guy walking his dog and shouts: "Hey you there! Where am I?"
The walker looks up, thinks for a second and shouts back: "You're in a hot air balloon!" The balloonist replies: "You must be a consultant." W: "That's correct. How did you know? B: "Easy. I ask you a simple question, you give me a perfect answer which gives me however no information." W: "Ok, then you must be a manager." B: "Correct. How did you know?"
