Smile TOY YODA.

A woman who won a beer contest is suing the resturant where she worked (called Hooters) because she thought she was winning a Toyota and not a Toy Yoda.

I just think this is funny and it's a true story..LOL

She won't if the letters "T-O-Y-O-T-A" weren't printed on anything (flyers, e-mail messages, etc), or if they never said "car", "truck", or "vehicle".

If they led her blindfolded to the parking lot it sounds like they let them think they were competeing for a vehical. She may have a shot with that lawsuit. Either way free advertisment for hooters.

The blindfolding and taking her to the parking lot is probably helps the case. I think if it gets to a jury she'll get something for the embarrassment anyway. She in the States. Let's not forget the classic Mc D's hot coffee lawsuit.

Notice that she is a former hooters waitress? I think she got the sack because she didn't have any.
