A woman who won a beer contest is suing the resturant where she worked (called Hooters) because she thought she was winning a Toyota and not a Toy Yoda.

She won't if the letters "T-O-Y-O-T-A" weren't printed on anything (flyers, e-mail messages, etc), or if they never said "car", "truck", or "vehicle".

The blindfolding and taking her to the parking lot is probably helps the case. I think if it gets to a jury she'll get something for the embarrassment anyway. She in the States. Let's not forget the classic Mc D's hot coffee lawsuit.
