Passed 291! and is now a MCSA 2003
Hi all,
Just let you know I passed the 291 on wednesday with a score of 860 and I am now a MCSA 2003. Its a great feeling still hasnt really sunk in yet.
That exam was a lot harder then the 290 but got there in the end and I have to say I need a vacation!
I passed on my A+ and N+ results to Microsoft (through CompTIA) and on my MCP page it shows up as and elective for the MCSA qualification but does A+ and N+ count towards the MCSE qual or does it mean I still have 4 more exams to get the MCSE qual?

As far as I am aware you still have the 4 exams for MCSE. The A+ and N+ or MCDST count towards an elective for the MCSA nothing counts towards MCSE.
Congrats on the pass

Me: You need to buy a couple of servers.
Customer: Whats wrong with the servers I have?
Me: Well, you dont have *any* servers just now.
Customer: WTF! I thought I did!

Congrats!
As GBL mentioned, the A+ and N+ combo are not valid electives for the MCSE. However, Security+ IS an accepted elective.

Congrats on the pass. I know that the 291 was a hard exam to pass!
