Wireless Books Recommendation?

Anyone got any recommendations for books on Wireless?

I was looking at the CWNA study guide, but at the minute I'd like something that preferably isn't taylored towards gaining a specific cert, and gives a good general overview.

O'Reilly do produce alot of good books, like "802.11 Wireless Networks: The Definitive Guide, Second Edition", see here. But then it does depend on what level you want the books at (eg starter, mid-range or advance/expert).

A second vote here for the O'Reilly definitive guide. My edition isn't quite bang-up-to-date but in a fast moving field that's a little hard to achive. It certainly has a solid grounding so that the new bits can be 'tacked on' quite easily.

Harry.

Many thanks gents.

I think that I'll take a look at the O'Reily book and go from there.

As to Ken's question about what level it is for, primarilly it is so that I can clarify what I think I already know, and move my knowledge forward from there.

Hi Mate
I have the Wireless# and CWNA (3e) books - both brand new. I can let you have them BOTH for £20 + postage. Just let me know. I used the Wireless# book to pass the exam. I got extra copies when I ordered from CWNP and also Waterstones (what a plonker!)
