Actually, a few years ago, there was such a feature on the Tech-Unity forums. They run the same forum software as CF so I suppose it's possible to implement here. The problem with enabling that feature is that it can be misused, so it was eventually done away with.
I have to laugh, supa. Being an admin on your own forums, you have the ability to go "under the hood" and fix just about anything. Being a "mere mortal" on another forum site can be a bit frustrating...you can't undo your mistakes.
