Can someone help...

Can someone help re-introduce me to a simple way of calculating grade of service, using erlangs etc.

The Ciscopress method is kinda sending me a little loopy.

I thought you usualy used a printed table - as the maths is somewhat scary.

Certainly that's what the older teco bods do here.
