Thats what my instinct is telling me i dunno why,
But the voucher works it leaves nothing to pay and the fact he sent it to me first is a bit weird i could just use it and not pay him if i were an Absolute C***

Plenty of Western Union scams out there. Avoid.

If it sounds too good to be true... it probably is.

just spoken on phone to prometric and they have confirmed everything seem to be legit. I asked if it turns out something was wrong could there be a comeback and she said no we cant give out candidates information. its the owners responsibility to keep the voucher number safe.

Only thing to be aware of - you don't know how many people he's already given that number to. It may seem legit now, but when you come to use it, it may have already been taken.

There are legit ways of getting hold of discount vouchers. You don't need to do it under the counter.
And if it's going by Western Union, ultimately no good is going to come of it.

I'd book and take the exam first, then pay, but definitely book first.

100 quid. Once the exam is booked the voucher is locked to me no-one else can use it. I checked this!

Yes, that's true - but my point is that applies to anyone else who has it too.
So if you're going to do it, do it fast.

Yep. And even if YOU don't get screwed, someone else likely will. All he has to do is take payment twice for the same voucher and he's made money off of someone else's misfortune. Don't encourage or support those who seek to scam others... it emboldens them to do it again and again.
