I have over 3 years working in IT supporting windows servers and exchange. I have now completed my CCNA, CCNA Voice and CCNA security. I am thinking about doing my CCNP now as im waiting for a job but do you think doing my CCNP will harm my job hunt as i have no experiance in cisco.

    Many thanks

It could absolutely harm your job hunt. Few employers if any are going to hire you to be a network admin based on certifications and no experience. Certifications aren't designed to show employers what you WANT to be doing... certifications are designed to validate experience that you ALREADY HAVE.

Certifications: CISSP, MCSE+I, MCSE: Security, MCSE: Messaging, MCDST, MCDBA, MCTS, OCP, CCNP, CCDP, CCNA Security, CCNA Voice, CNE, SCSA, Security+, Linux+, Server+, Network+, A+
