Work around for getting Mike Meyers AIO CD to work on Vista

As title suggests i'm having issues with the AIO software not working on vista. When it comes to the windows media player check, it says I only have version 6.4 - where as in reality Vista is shipped with version 11 as standard. I had this on another machine using Vista too.

I was wondering if anyone has a work around for this? This is the latest edition of the book/CD i'm using.

And yes, i've googled etc but to no avail.

I had a quick look the other day but couldn't find anything at all.

I guess what you mean is "sign up and post your problem damn it".

 

That means that Mike Meyers is the one who can most likely help you with compatibility problems concerning his own software. ;)

 

I found this link on Learnkey's site : http://www.learnkey.com/Knowledge_Base/View/cdromSupport/30/
It basically says: Don't save the Learnkey software in program files and download an upgrade.
