Since IPv6 was mentioned earlier today here is a little tutorial on it

Microsoft Windows Vista (now in beta testing) includes an implementation of Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) that, unlike Windows XP, is installed and enabled by default. Although IPv6 is designed to be self-configuring, you can manually specify IPv6 configuration settings. This article describes how to manually configure IPv6 in Windows Vista using the Windows graphical user interface and at a command line for the Beta 2 release of Windows Vista.

Thanks Zimbo, though typically The Cable Guy as with most Microsoft writers, tends to put things in a very dry and boring fashion. Maybe Zeb can come up with something more palatable?

Aye - I'll work on it. Got to knock something up in the future for work anyway - they're thinking of piloting it on a site somewhere and muggins here has to come up with a feasibility study, so I'll work on it in the next couple of weeks
