I am thinking of doing MCSA, MCSE or CCNA at Joskos.

They are inviting applications for fully paid scholorships leading to a guaranteed job in the IT sector.

And as part of the Joskos Scholarship programme i will receive:
    - 100% fully instructor led course
    - All Microsoft and Cisco exams paid for
    - All training manuals, materials and text books
    - A free dell laptop (with latsedt software)
    - Work experience in a leadin UK company

Have any of you guys heard of them, if so are they a reputable company or are they out to con me?

I am supposed to go and see them tomorrow..

Do not sign anything on the spot. Ask if you can take any contract away to read.

Before signing up with any training provider, do some research. Ask to speak to people that are on their course and people that have successfully completed the course and have found a permanent job in IT that they are happy with via them.

Check out our Training and Development forum, as there is lots of interesting stuff in there pertaining to people in your position.

Do not sign up with them. I have no idea what you mean about the scholarship, but if you actually want to learn, stay clear of them.

The way their students pass their exams is by using braindumps. All of them. If you do it the Joskos way, you will either have to memorize braindumps, study at home (might as well in the first place), or not pass.

Way to resurrect a five year old thread... then completely ignore the fact that the advice you ask for is provided on numerous responses direc tly underneath it.

    Yo Mans,
Ya don’t get naff in life for free innit.... lol

Any training provider offering CCNA, MCSE,MCSA or any higher level qualifications to inexperienced people should be avoided as they are either stupid or just wanting to rip ya off.
Why would you want a qualification that is designed to test your "WORKING" knowledge of a product that you have actually never used in the real world?
    Some peoples lol

Plase start a new thread rather than add to a 5 year old post
