Good morning

So, I've cycled to and from work Monday, Wednesday and today so far! I was going to use today as a recovery day but I made a split decision this morning and I'm glad I did! Have to admit I've been feeling a lot happier this week..

I'm going to attempt the 100 pressups in a few weeks, without training for them. I'll let you know how I get on with that :o)

That was my interpretation of it I must admit, IE as long as you are a still baring the load then all good.
