Is there any way to find our public ip?...Any command to know our ip provided by ISP?

do you mean command from your desktop? if so i don't know of one.

Define public address, because certainly whatismyip will give you the public ip address that you have come from, it won't however tell you all of the IP addresses allocated to your company.

You could perhaps have a look at RIPE to see if there are any addresses allocated to you that way.

Just had a look and the only way I can see is by going to the sites already suggested and obtaining your IP address from there.
