I would ask your ISP what address they're giving you.

Define public address, because certainly whatismyip will give you the public ip address that you have come from, it won't however tell you all of the IP addresses allocated to your company.
You could perhaps have a look at RIPE to see if there are any addresses allocated to you that way. I don't know of one, but whatsmyip takes about two seconds to look at.

Just had a look and the only way I can see is by going to the sites already suggested and obtaining your IP address from there.
