Luckily, I passed both 70-271 &272, and now planning for the next exam.
My work is first line help desk support and office administrator.
Our company has no plan to move to Vista , should I go for exam 70-621 to get MCTS or MCITP Enterprise Support certification or do other MCSA exam
If your office is not realistically thinking about migrating to Vista just yet/at all, I would say it probably isn't worth getting any qualifications in it - that said, if you're planning to move onto another company perhaps it could be.
The MCSA is a lot higher - more 2nd line support work, and holders are advised to have about a years experience as system admins.
I've just gained the MCDST also, and am currently working for Comptia Network+ to have a good foundation in networking. So either the A+ (vender-neutral hardware/operating system) or Network+ may be a good next step. I say this on the backing of having 18 months in 2nd line support.
It's the journey that matters, not the destination.
Aims:
70-271: Dec 2007 PASSED!
70-272: March 2008 PASSED!
ITIL v3 Foundation: June 2008
Net+: July 2008
70-270: Nov 2008
I would like to take on another certification more on Desktop / Network path.
Which certification track would you suggest?
I am eyeing below:
MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator
MCITP: Enterprise Administrator
MCITP: Server Administrator
Which is betrer to take first? Are these better than MCSE?
Thanks in advance!

How much experience do you have with Server 2008? Or Exchange 2007?
The MCSE is for the 2000 and 2003 route, while the MCITP is for the 2008 route. Which is better to take first? The certification that relates to your job.
The MCITP routes are more job specific.
The MCITP: EA is the replacement for the MCSE.
The MCITP: SA is the replacement for the MCSA.
The MCITP: EMA is the replacement for the MCSE: M
If you have only just completed the MCDST and want to learn more about Networks, then do the Network+.
