got through the 236 this morning (just) and scored....1000!!!!
Spent ages revising the clustering, and security configurations.
Obviously a lot of powershell, as it is new for ex07 - i'd say about 75% of the questions featured it!
had about 50 questions in the paper!
Activesync policies came up a few times, be sure to know a fair bit about them.
Other than that, a lot easier than i thought (feared) it would be. The MS Press book is pretty awesome, but you have to have the administrators pocket companion to get to grips with the cmdlets as the training kit doesnt cover it too well.
either way im over the moon, and only have the 70-297 to go now!
Me: You need to buy a couple of servers.
Customer: Whats wrong with the servers I have?
Me: Well, you dont have *any* servers just now.
Customer: WTF! I thought I did!
its actually not as daunting as i had thought - i administer part of an ex2k7 organisation, so am quite familiar with powershell - this is the most prominent theme all the way through the exam.
Pocket consultant is a must - the MS PRess book just tells you to find out syntax's and commands for yourself.
