Exclamation Help Desk Engineer interview

I hve an interview to work as helpdesk engineer, on 1st and 2nd support. this is m first interview as i have just finished compTIA A+, but am pretty nervous about what they might ask, as i have no experience.

wHAT QUESTIONS SHOULD I EXPECT PLEASE?

Could be anything related to what they want their employees to know. Different help desks require different things. Some help desks will troubleshoot hardware, some will troubleshoot software, some will reset passwords... the job tasks are as varied as the companies themselves are.

I would also say brush up on your communication, listening and customer handling skills for the interview too.
