Post spyware programs

any recommended free spyware programs out there that people have already tried and tested? and not trail versions.
I am currently using sbybot but its developed a very annoying with the trojan.sbi file. which I have already investigated the problem but refuses to work.

I have spybot too I haven't had any problems with it....yet.

I did have adaware but the last update I got but stopped it from working.

what version of spybot you running? as when I tried the 1.5 version it seems slow compared to the current version 1.4

PC tools offer a demo version or spybot.

PCTOOLS WEBSITE

They also have threatfire which protects you against malware and it's free, it's the full vesion and not the cut down one like some of the other on the market

In my opinion forget spybot.. try spyware doctor:

http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/ - which i think cheekymonkey has mentioned just so its clear its a trial not freeware
