woohoo got my books!

To be honest, I am a little imtiadated by them. When I picked up the box it was heavy and I figured it was the photoshop just busting at the seams waiting to teach me wonderfull things. Imagine my surprised to open up the box and photoshop is the book on top! The dreamweaver is the freaking tomb. I have them sitting beside me eyeing them both wearily now. Oh well, I guess it is time to cowboy up and jump in. If you guys hear any wierd sounds send a rescue team in.

Just take it one page at a time. You'll be fine.

You know, I wish my parents played Mozart when I slept because half the time I don't even know what the heck anyone's talking about!

Fear not. A lot of that space is taken up with step by step tutorials. It will all make sense once you start.

How's it going? My CSS Missing Manual book came. It's considerably smaller than the Dreamweaver one, but I haven't had the chance to open it yet cos I'm up to my eyeballs in other stuff. Hope you're getting on OK with the Dreamweaver one.

Actually it is going great. I am in chapter 5 in the middle of creating a spry navagation. I am falling in love with dreamweaver and the time it will actually save me. I think having the CSS book helped me alot since I understand what it is doing while I am working in dreamweaver. I am sure it will get harder as I go on, but for now I am having lots of fun. I plan to finish chapter 5 and head into 6 tommrow. I have learn to put my books up when joe steps though the door in the evening or I don't retain a dam thing.

I am not happy with my photoshop book at all though. As a matter of fact I have put it down. I am thinking I will do the kelby training instead.
