I'm finding myself looking up stuff in the 291 training kit and I'm studying for 297. Seems I've forgotten a good deal since taking the exam.

Don't beat yourself up too badly. I spent two months studying for that one!

Can anyone advise me of some study guides for this exam ? i.e. books etc

Get yourself the MS press book second edition R2 and another book possibly Sybex. Also make sure you setup vmware and carry out all the hands on in the book, then go and resit the exam. Best wishes
