Well, it's the first MS exam I've taken so it was nice of them to break me in gently.
Must be honest, it didn't take me that long... double the time it took you, and I then went over all of my answers before finishing. That said, if I hadn't studied hard I wouldn't have done as well as I did.

I see. Be prepaired then that all other exams will be harder than this one.
That said, I have never seen someone pass an exam without study. For some it takes more time to grab the concepts and other will be faster. There are a number of reasons for that. Experiance is one. The way it is brought to you is an other. The ability to understand a concept is a thirth. And so on and so on.

I think rule 2 of RFC 1925 is in order here:
(2) No matter how hard you push and no matter what the priority,
you can't increase the speed of light.
(2a) (corollary). No matter how hard you try, you can't make a
baby in much less than 9 months. Trying to speed this up
*might* make it slower, but it won't make it happen any
quicker.

I've got this one booked for the 1st April. I feel guilty that I'm taking to finish my MCSA... but it does count and I don't make the rules. I'm also not planning to stop with this exam!
Agreed; however, I did have quality material to work with, so I didn't feel the lack of the actual OS as much as I am now I am working on the 70-622.
I fully accept that, as you're aware... what brassed me off was the blanket response that seemed to say that it wasn't worth having the 620... believe me, it is. As a result of the studying for it, I know that my allround knowledge of Vista (obviosuly) but also XP (which I have worked with for years anyway) has increased immeasurably.
I think people just have to be careful when comments are made... I understand that 620 doesn't make you a wizz with WinServer 2k8 or AD; however, we shouldn't put people off going for it. Those comments have to be made in the correct context. 620 is good as an entry level cert for Vista; however, it doesn't sit well with EA. Point made.
