How do i configure network adaptors in virtual pc?

I cant seem to get my adapters talking in virtual pc, i have them set up as local on my virtual server and on the virtual client?

The server replys from a ping from the client, but thats as far as i seem to get.

I'd check the firewall settings on each of the network adapters first.

Do you have them set to bridged, nat or host only?
