Okay so I'm trying to access a share which sites on a server in another domain. There is no trust relationship between my domain and the one holding the share.
The share has full control permissions set against anonymous logon. However when tryingto connect to the share a logn box is presented.
Can I use anoymous access across domains without a trust relationshsip?
What group do you have in the share permissions? The 'everyone' group?
Me: You need to buy a couple of servers.
Customer: Whats wrong with the servers I have?
Me: Well, you dont have *any* servers just now.
Customer: WTF! I thought I did!
Share permissions are set to : 'anonymous logon' and 'Everyone'

To prevent intruders from using the using Anonymous logon to calculate accounts on a computer, you should use the Do not allow anonymous enumeration of SAM accounts and shares policy Group Policy Object. This option can be used if you are running Windows 2000 or later Windows operating system versions.
