Passed Support Essentials 101
After quite an intensive three day course I'm happy to say that I am now an Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) on OS X 10.5.

The exam itself at the end of the course was not as hard as I had been expecting, but the course itself was rather demanding. Not your normal lots of breaks and long lunches type of course, this to me was more like a boot camp, cramming lots into the two and three quarter days that the course was delivered over.
