I always thought prep-logic seemed fairly good. They do some audio products that I have 'nearly' bought a couple of times but decided against. Sounded like a good idea to listen to that kind of thing on my daily commute just before an exam.
Maybe one of those would be a good use of the voucher.
Can you edit the title of this thread (any mod's) hardly seems fair now.

Other quals :- HND-Computer Studies, ECDL, C&G/NCC Application Programming, C&G/RTEEB Electronic Servicing, C&G Microcomputer Technology.
Trying not to sound too harsh, but hopefully you'll read the T&C's next time you buy.
I've used Preplogic several times and have had no problems with them, in fact I have to say that I like their customer support. I had an issue with them once (on one of their products) and they actually rang me back and got it sorted.
I was disappointed when they stopped selling international vouchers, but that beyond their control.

I agree with Ken read the T&Cs next time I have both preplogic and Transcender practice exams and have had no problem with either.

I had also used them with no problems whatsoever for vouchers before they were stopped. Nice to hear they've been so understanding to be honest, they would of been completely right to just say "Sorry, your fault."
Just about anybody can occasionally produce a lemon. When studying for the A+, I bought the Mike Meyers AIO book. I tried using the enclosed CD to run the mock text exams and it wouldn't work. I tried it on several different computers to make sure it wasn't my machine but in the end, it was the disk.
I emailed the support team and they sent me another disk. That one didn't work, either. I emailed them again and they responded by sending me a third disk which the support person I was working with personally tested before hand. That one worked. I didn't get a gift voucher, though.
"That detective, is the right question. Program terminated".
Even if the software worked, which it probably does not since it is encoded for North America, it would be a ripoff, since PrepLogic came late to the test prep party, did not get well known Subject Matter Experts, and they are just not in the same league as the established test prep companies like Transcender (before they were bought out), Boson, and MeasureUp.
I live within spitting distance of their offices. Want me to go and spit?

Thanks for the double props, Mary. Remind me to take you to lunch when Josh and I come down to the Boson office in Tampa.
[quote=Fergal1982;202457As for the software. You say it doesnt work. Perhaps if you give us details, we can help you get it working. Tech support for these companies can tend to be quite large, and emails are almost always at a lower priority than telephone calls. They will likely respond, but it will take them a while.[/QUOTE]
Actually, PrepLogic does not even have a proper server room. Their servers are in a closet that has to stay open so they can run a fan to move the hallway AC into it. They are a small time operation that is trying to run with the big dogs, but on the cheap. You are better off with someone like Boson or MeasureUP. And make sure the company you choose has an international version.
