Thanks for the response Stoney. Unfortunatley when I click on Insert, objects isn't one of the options from the list. I have:

Item
File
Picture
Do I need to click on picture and then browse to the item from there?

Make sure the cursor is in the body of the email.

It is. I changed the format to 'Rich Text' and it now gives me the option of inserting an object.

Thanks for your help.

I'd tend to include it as a file rather than as an object. Particularly if this email is going to someone not in your domain.

Harry.

Yes, but the ppt presentation is an invite to a company event. Looks a lot more professional if it's send in the body of the text.

All sorted now anyway - thanks for your help!

Alex, if you want to distill the instructions on this task into a single post in a new thread, maybe we can arrange to have it pinned or made part of a larger pinned thread so that others can benefit from what you've just learned.

You know, I wish my parents played Mozart when I slept because half the time I don't even know what the heck anyone's talking about!
