MOS and MCAS exam vouchers

I know somewhere to purchase the exam voucher, but I am wondering if I have to pay the proctoring or administration fee to the Certiport test center when I use the voucher for MOS or MCAS exam?

Because I got the information:

"Please note that some Certiport centers may charge the proctoring or administration fee which varies."

Also noticed that there is a promotion for MCAS.

As I know, the proctoring fee varies depending on Certiport test centers. Some test centers do charge the fee, while there are many test centers do not require the fee, especially those test centers owned by the colleges or community schools.

The best thing to do is to contact the individual testing centres directly and ask them.
