Outlook Templates

Hi Guys,

Having a bit of a problem with Outlook templates. I have several templates stored on a shared network drive, they were created in Outlook 2000 then we upgraded to Outlook 2003. They were opening fine until a couple of weeks ago. Now I am getting this message (find attached) and they open just like a normal email without the formatting.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on this one? I've checked out the link given in the error messge but hasn't been of much use as several users access these templates.

Forgot to say sp3 is installed.
