Office 2007 OEM,MLK And OPK

I'm having a little trouble with this new Setup they got going on, WTF is the deal with charging £70 - £145 for this OPK when its just like the OEM CD, or am i getting it all wrong(most of the ppl am speaking to have got loads of MLK - Media Less Keys but none have OPK - OEM Preinstallation Kits). Can anyone shed some light on this situation.

You have to order this as a seperate item!

This is what my Microsoft Supplier said in a recent email about the subject........

"Office 2007 contains no media, you will need an OPK kit. These were
available from Distribution at around £3.50 limited to one per reseller.
They are now available from www.microsoft.com/oem FOC + shipping."

Must Fly.....
