Hi Guy's
Good news for (and from) me... Passed the 70-298 exam. Have to say it was easier than expected but boring, no sim's. I had 5 testlets (scenario's), total 35 questions (but I believe this varies exam to exam). You get 120 mins to do the exam, but all together you get 140 mins (this is for the before and after parts of the exams). I actually found reading the questions first then hunting for the answer in the scenario was easier than reading all the info from MS first then atempting to answer the questions.
Kits used to study:
1. CBT Nuggets Video training
2. Learnkey Video Training
3. Examcram book
4. Transcender
5. Previous books for the 70-292 & 70-296
6. Current IT knowledge & practice setting up/designing test networks/domains, etc.
7. Two to three hours a day fitting the above in.
To all those thinking about doing this exam: This makes you think about your own network and the short falls in it. While not a popular exam choice, this is a good one none the less.
