Only there are two types of Lab Manuals written by Mike Meyers
These are the ones I have and yes they are in depth and provide indepth exercises for PC hardware. But to be on the safe side you might want to buy the
Passport A+ by Mike Meyes 2nd Ed. This has over 200 practice question for the A+ and is a concise version of the All in one A+ book.
For the Lab manuals you need theory and practical books. There's 4 books in all. 2 for Hardware and 2 for software:-

You can't use one without the other because 1 has the questions to the praticals the other is the answer book to the lab manuals.
