Hi Guys,

I have seen in a lot of job adverts Citrix as an requirement. I have been on there website and they have mutliple products. When a company / recruitment agency specifies 'Citrix', are the asking for remote support experience? (Allowing an admin to view another troubled users screen).

Cheers.

Bar ringing the recruitment firm themselves (*hint hint*) there's only one sure fire way to find out for sure and gain peace of mind.

Guess.

You can only take your best guess!
Although your assumption would not be my first guess!
Citrix do have a product with the functionallity of that you stated previously, In a business environment i would guess that they would use Citrix servers where users run there session which is mirrored onto another machine, whether this be office machines/ Thin clients or access from home.
Hope this helps

I would guess they are looking for someone who can administer their presentation server (now called xenapp), and maybe their CAG. But as Qs said pick up that phone and find out.
